PeopleFinder Lite leverages Bluetooth signals, a feature present in virtually all mobile devices, to notify you of other PeopleFinder users within a range of 30 to 100 feet. You have the discretion to opt-in or out of being discoverable. Once you receive alerts about other users nearby, you are provided with the option to communicate with them via text or call.

Social networking applications might inform you that a friend is in the same vicinity, but they lack the capability to detect close proximity, ensuring you can physically locate each other.
